Cancel Your Order
Before you receive the shipment notification email, please contact service@creaitshop.com. And we will try to cancel the order for you.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Kindly remind, the actual time when you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank.
7 DAYS DOA RETURN POLICY
If you receive damaged, different, or nonfunctional items, you can return them for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days that you receive the package.
- Please send an email to service@creaitshop.com and clearly address the issue with the pictures/video. The picture of the entire package is also required.
- All returned items need to be in original condition without any installation marks or signs of use and need to be sealed in the original packaging.
- The return shipping cost will be covered by CREAIT.

If you have met any issues with CREAIT products during the warranty period, please feel free to email service@creaitshop.com.
After receiving the returning parcel, we will take a few days to complete the inspection.
The refund will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive a notification email when it's stated. The actual time when you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank.
