Product Reviews

Seven days after your purchase, whether in-store or online, you will receive an email invitation to review the product you bought from us.

By submitting a review, you will automatically be entered into our free monthly prize draw for a chance to win a $20 Creait e-voucher. The winner will be notified via email within seven days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Creait reserves the right to select another winner at random, who will then be notified accordingly.

The winner may be asked for permission to use their details, such as name or nickname, city, and review, for marketing and publicity purposes on Creait's official channels.

Age-Restricted Products

          3. Your Warranties:
